For my local customers :) - Reflexology - more than just a foot massage! Reflexology is an alternative medical practice, and a science based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to all organs, glands, and parts of the body. The goal of each session is to encourage the release of any blockages or congestion in and around the 7,000 nerve endings in the feet while stimulating circulation and improving nerve and blood supply throughout the entire energy system Reflexology has been proven to be able to help boost circulation, improve energy, release toxins, stimulate natural healing mechanisms with the body, relax the nervous system and so much more!
